Young Professional Couple looking for roommate in a 3 floor town home in South Burlington, VT. You would have your own floor with about 350 sq ft of living space, private bathroom, and shared laundry! Bedroom for rent is large and enough space for a bedroom set and small sitting area. (18.5ft by 10.1 ft) Currently 3 floor town home, basement is rented to male roommate and has it's own laundry facilities / living space so very little interaction with the rest of house. 1st floor houses the master bedroom and bathroom where we live. 2nd floor has two bedrooms (one is being used as an office infrequently), bathroom, and laundry room. The Private parking available within complex. Approximately 10 minute drive to UVM (under 3 miles). Two cats will be living on the main floor of the house (but will not have access to this room) so animal lover preferred but no animals will be allowed. Non-Smoker.
